Before we head into yet another International break, we have a full suite of games on Saturday and Sunday, loving the look of the 12:30 game, Spurs taking on a rejuvinated United. Everton a banker at home to Fulham, at a least a banker of a clean sheet?! Maybe. Its the claret coloured derby with West Ham on a high after beating Newcastle. Looking forward to seeing Xhaka return to face his old team, 4th against 1st, who would have thought!, as the Gunners head to the Stadium of Light. Chelsea complete Saturday’s games, with managerless Wolves coming to the bridge. Sunday’s games are all a precursor to the 16:30 City versus Liverpool. I know thats likely to wind up a Palace fan or two (Meiow, Peilow!)
West Ham v Burnley 8th November 2025 – Assist for Paqueta, after his cross is palmed by keeper into Soucek. Then assist for Soucek, whose shot is fumbled again by keeper into Walker-Peters. Ugochukwu’s cross for the Flemming goal, and Hannibal are awarded an assists for Burnley after West Ham keeper dropped the ball for Cullen to score.
Forest v Leeds 9th November 2025– Ndoye’s cross was flapped at by Perri to Sangare and Hutchison was the fall guy for the penalty
Brentford v Newcastle 9th November 2025- Ouattara was unceremoniously hauled to the ground by Burn for the Thiago penalty
Not awarded– Ballard’s head flick ultimately comes off Gabriel’s forehead to land in Brobbey’s path for the Sunderland equaliser. Estevao’s cross for the Pedro goal is deflected markedly into the scorer’s path, without this deviation, Pedro doesn’t receive the ball, so no assist is awarded by our game rules. Similarly, Summerville’s attempt is deflected into Wilson’s path for the first West Ham goal. Rogers pass in the Villa second goal with the outside of his boot was deflected to allow Onana to score (the big DM wasn’t the intended target for the pass). In the Brentford game, Woltemade’s flick comes off the leg of the defender into Barnes’s pass.
