A little bit of a reduced weekend of Premier League games, as the “League Cup Final” is on Sunday, so its a weekend free of Arsenal clean sheets and Manchester City goals.
The weekend kicks off on Friday night, with Bournemouth taking on a well, resurgent Man United. A tasty tie. More goals for United and perhaps evidence of a few managers going for Man United defenders, as Carrick appears to be quite consistent with his back four.
Brighton entertain Liverpool, again a few Brighton defenders popping up in Sealed Bids now, none more so than a certain full back. Fulham and Burnley are the 3PM kick off, home win beckons probably! Then Everton take on Chelsea, Everton have been popular all season defensively, its up front where they struggle, with the opposite being said of Chelsea, Pedro beginning to look a little tired, so time for Delap to step up?
Leeds at home are a top team, so inform Brentford could be up for a battle here, again a load of Brentford assets are being brought into Fantasy League teams, Kelleher etc.

Sunday sees the North East derby, always a cracker, hope no european hang over for Newcastle. Battle of the claret at Villa Park, as the Hammers come to Birmingham and finally wrapping up the weekend, is a relegation battle, Spurs at home to Forest.

Fulham v Burnley 21st March – Jimenez gets a 3(goal)+2(assist) penalty award!

Newcastle v Sunderland 22nd March – A goal line clearance from Newcastle after an on target chested shot from Diarra results in an assist for the first goal. Le Fee picks up the second assist for the last pass to the goalscorer rule.

Aston Villa v West Ham 22nd March – A save from a Rogers assist, results in Watkins goal, assist awarded.
