For the Cunha goal. No manual assist for Hwang.
It does not qualify for a manual assist based on a number of reasons. It is not a clean pass. The scorer has to alter the direction in which they are running. Cunha cuts right across the path of Konsa to collect the ball, as a result the touch means the scorer receives the ball in another part of the pitch.

Chelsea v West Ham – 3rd February.
No manual assist for Enzo, his shot was blocked by the defender, which deflected into the path of Nunes, who scored. Lots of reasons why this was not awarded, its clearly not a clean pass. Nunes would not have received the ball with the deflection. Additionally, it is not a goal line clearance, as the defender is a) not on the line and b) he is directly in front of the keeper (see last line of the rule below)
